The stems have been added with <img> - note the error in the width of the black note-body! This will get fixed when the whole-note-glyph is converted to two gif-images.


font-size: 60px - some of the notes, including one that is misaligned and four others that are nowhere to be found, are not displayed:

This is font-family:Lucida Calligraphy (bold) - I might prefer some of these for the left-brain stuff.

Now for slurs and ties, the bullet was removed from the image of one of the fermatas to make cap.gif and cup.gif. (Also had to sharpen the squared ends by hand.)
