Don't bother with this yet - I have to figure out how to fix a serious bug.

Latest update: Found and fixed the first bug, and that uncovered a second one. Have decided to abandon HTML and the browsers that interpret it so poorly. Will use lillypond to produce scores in PDF files in future.

Beginning to pull it together (so I thought) is here. It might or might not work in ways I care little about predicting.
