Title: Two dimensional incompressible flow around a small obstacle

Abstract: In this talk, we will examine the asymptotic behavior of incompressible flow in the exterior of a small obstacle, both in the viscous and in the ideal cases. Our objective is to describe the  results, highlighting the main difficulties in their proofs and
the sharp contrast between the two cases.
